BABESONBOARDS


If you put aside the fact that I look pretty nerdy in my knee pads and less-fashionable-than-what-I-usually-wear outfit, you will see that I am indeed skateboarding (sort of). Because guess what--I can now cross that off my summer to-do list!

Haha, I don't know if anyone actually thought I would do it, but I did it--I learned how to skateboard! My friend Michalina (who is a total babe by the way--just look at that third picture) was totes down to teach my clumsy ass the basics, and we had a laugh skateboarding/falling all over this random tennis court and scaring all the little girls away.

As far tricks go, forget it! I am so not there yet. So far, I can go in a straight line and turn left, but that is about it. Oh, and I can stop too, but then again, anyone can fall down.

BTW, how does everyone like the blog face-lift? I gave it an all new layout and header, plus more to come! I also promise to resume back to fashion ASAP--as soon as these bruises heal;)
