Two days ago, I met up with Antonia of Live Glam or Die for the purpose of...dun dun dun...VINTAGE SHOPPING! At Ruby Slipper, nonetheless. Just one thing...IT WAS CLOSED. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK, FOR NO GOOD REASON(!)
Imagine weeks of planning, many cancellations and compromises crashing down on your head. Yep, we got there and found it closed, with no posted hours, and no explanations...even if we called ahead, there would be no reason for a store open monday-fridays to be inexplicable closed in the middle of the week! God, what a bummer! We were pissed, but not about to give up, so we decided to hit up the closest VV and shop it up...
Our cart was filled...and check out this amazing wolf shirt...that I didn't buy.
Then we headed over to starbucks for strawberry lemonades, vivano smoothies and chocochip bananas for a quickie snack!
After the starbucks stop we decided to do a photoshoot in the parking lot...so glamourous! Baha.
Nia looking glam while we have technical difficulties...shooting under the noon sun is tough!
Finally found the perfect lighting in the shade...
Wearing gap vest, random tank, aldo bag, vintage levi shorts and thrifted shoes. Nia is wearing an H&M dress and Sirens shoes.
