{ happy to be } back at home

no sooner had i unloaded my boxes in the new apartment, than i was whisked into an event frenzy ~ and after that, onto a plane to LA for a series of professional obligations (read: fun photographical jobs! will share details soon...). needless to say, i am much more behind on settling into my home than i'd hoped.

however, i was so stoked to hear that you all are as interested in the process as i am. i'm planning to have some rough shots of the spot to share with you later this week. i'll take them just as soon as the cardboard boxes can be removed from my photo frame!

unfortunately, i haven't had a chance to start decorating yet ~ so don't worry, you haven't missed a thing. until i do, here are a few more favorite references i've acquired. hopefully you'll see their reflection in my pad pretty soon:
