Exam week is coming up really soon, and right now, I am just stressing ouuuuuuuut!

French film project here, history presentation there, and let's not forget about that pesky accounting exam! UGH. I can't wait until it's over!

In the mean time, here is the shirt which I took my anger out on. I think it went pretty well despite the fact that it was merely a distraction to my "studies"(hours upon hours spent not doing homework)

As far as the DIY goes, I followed the one from childhoodflames. Basically, you cut off the hem, find the first horizontal thread with a seam ripper and start pulling.

JUST THIS ONCE

Let me ask you—would you consider me to be a stylish, creative, inspiring, wellspoken, relatable, honest and established blogger? If so, would I be a good candidate for BLOGGERSWARDROBE.COM?

Part two of the jewelry post! Of course it's not ALL my jewelry, which would have been impossible to showcase--I have so much crap, but here are my other favourite conterparts:) I swear to god, my collection keeps growing, I just acquired that ring in the first picture yesterday! It's the perfect knuckle ring, although a bit sparklier than usual, and it only cost me five bucks! Suzy Shier, baby. Who knew mall store clearance could reap such a beauty?

Anyways. I'm off to Winnipeg Harvest today to volunteer so I will return your wonderful comments ASAP! Until then, au revoir!

I've been meaning to do a jewelry post, but have been putting it off, that is until dear Miranda reminded me when she asked to see my collection:)

The above pictured is my everyday jewelry on rotation, basically the same-old I've been wearing recently and that I've collected over the past year... mostly things I've thrifted with the exception of the deer necklace and tiger ring (found in an Osborne Village Boutique--Shout), the last two rings (bargained for at the fleamarket), and the DIYed quartz crystal necklace.

Anyways, this isn't my entire collection, I just thought I'd show you the basics first. Part two may be coming up if anyone's interested...just holla.

**NOTE. If anyone's wondering if I'm a kabbalah-ist, the answer is no... the braided red yarn is in no way/shape/form representing kabbalah, and by wearing it I am not "making fun" of it, I just wear it because I like a little colour on the wrist...in fact, I have a hot pink one and a royal blue one I made recently and that are on rotation. You will see those soon.**

Alright. Christmas festivites are officially over and now it's time to put away the cute and cozy in exchange for the glitz and glam for New Years Eve! I know it's not going to be for another four days, but it's never too early to start thinking fierce. Speaking of fierce...how deadly is this Fallon Spear Swag necklace? Nothing says bold quite like a bad-ass brass necklace!

My lovely friend Jaymie surprised me yesterday with this fabulous serpent ring she found at an antique stand in the mall. Isn't it charming? I'm completely smitten with it, I've even named it Mauricio! ;)

On another note, I bought some new nail polish yesterday, too. I tried out the red one (Madison Avenue) on my toes and they turned out great--the formula is very fluid, non clumpy, and dries extremely fast. And the colour is so pigmented, it only took two coats!

Seriously, though. One of the best nail polishes I've ever tried! If you have the chance, buy a few, the colour selection is great and it's really cheap--about $1.78 CAD

Hello lovelies:):) How was everyone's weekend?

Just wanted to say thanks for all sweet comments on the interview video. I'm super glad you liked it--I'll definitely be making more in the future, especially now that I've found a better video camera to shoot with!

Also...how sweet is this name-plate necklace? Been wanting one ever since I saw Carrie Bradshaw rock hers on SATC, and I am so excited that MyNameNecklace.com sent one my way! You can get yours HERE.
