Spring is (almost) here! The sun is coming out to play, and since it's spring break, so are we, my friends, so are we! Here's what my friend Kaila and I wore today as we walked about Osborne Village, soaking up the rays, shopping and eating cupcakes. It's funny how you can go somewhere with a set mind of what you want to buy, walk around all day looking for it, give up and not find it, and then end up going home with something else totally different, ie) want skirts and shorts >>> buy a vintage hat.
Another thing I bought while in the Village? A copy of Sandbox Magazine's Spring Issue! Wooo! I love Sandbox for being the epitome of all things cool and fashionable in the 'Peg. Aside from pages and pages of spring fashion and incredible work from all sorts of writing/styling/photography talent, there's also another little Raez-and-Andrew feature in there! This time around, we're teaching the art of DIY. So if you wanna make your own sparkly glitter shoes (courtesy of yours truly) or a two-toned shirt (via Andrew) you best be heading out to Chapters, McNally Robinson or Hush & Shout if you're from Winnipe or Coles, Indigo or Chapters if you're from Alberta, Saskatchewan or Toronto to pick up your own copy right now!
