It's Friday...Let The Festivites Continue!
Good news, lovelies! It's the most wonderful day of the week! Well almost, depending on how you look at it. I love Fridays because, even though I have to work, I have the entire weekend ahead of me to look forward to. I mean Saturdays are definitely a close second with the getting to sleep in thing but I'm gonna stick with Friday as my favorite day.
This week has been really busy with birthday celebrations for my family. First mine, followed the next day by my sister's and now I have my Dad's 60th birthday on Sunday. Fun filled times, indeed! I won't go into all of the details just in case he happens to be reading {which I highly doubt, but hey, you never know :)}
It's supposed to be really hot here AGAIN in NY. This summer has been pretty brutal and we've been hit with quite a few heatwaves. Looking forward to escaping the city, it's what Manhattanites need to do to stay sane in the summer, and spending time with family. As my Dad would say all you need is good company, good food & good wine. And this weekend will certainly include all of that.
