Meet the BonBon Rose Girls, Kristin and Megan, two best friends that have created an amazing blogging phenomenon...

Hi Megan and Kristin! I love that you two are best friends living miles apart but still in constant contact. What’s it like sharing a blog together and how did you come up with BonBon Rose Girls?
K: We started the blog as a creative outlet and it's turned into so much more! I can't imagine doing this without Meg. I think the same reason that we complement each other as friends is the same reason our blog works. We bring different things to the table and it all melds together wonderfully!
M: We came up with the idea as a way for us to do something fun together even though we live far apart. We both love to write and the blog was a way to share the things we love. The best part though is that I get to see pics of what she's up to even when I'm out and about, ha!

It’s so cool that you two created your own BonBon Rose Girls Network. What triggered the idea? How has it been working out so far for your Rosebuds?
K: We noticed the incredible success of other amazing networks out there and we thought that it would be killer to have a place where our fabulous readers could interact and support each other!
M: The idea was all Kristin (she's being modest) but I quickly realized she was onto something. What a fun way for all our bloggy friends to find each other and to hear what others are up to!

Being a big fan of the beverage, your Champagne Saturday posts make me want to pop the cork off of my favorite bottle and sit back and relax. What do you enjoy most about this weekly tradition?
K: As a stay at home mama, I don't get to get all dolled up as much as I did pre-dude (A.K.A. my son), so our Champagne Saturday features are usually a chance for me to hit myself with a pretty stick and enjoy an adult beverage or two!
M: Since my hubbby is a photographer I particularly enjoy the looks my neighbors give me as I pose with my glass of bubbly in the front yard. Plus, I'm with Kristin on this, its a chance to break out of my comfort zone (aka black shirt and jeans) and put on something fun!

What’s an example of your favorite posts?
K: One of my favorite recent posts was where we did a profile on one of our Rosebud Network members The Beauty File. We both crush on Miroslava Duma's style and l just love drawing inspiration from other bloggers! Plus, I'm still fairly obsessed with the BonBon Deal of the Day sandals that I featured!
M: I really love the post I did on a unique way to serve Caprese Salad. Cooking for my family and friends is one of my passions, so this is a perfect reflection of me!
