Auf dem Teller:
Vollkorn-Stulle
Man nehme eine beliebige Sorte Schwarzbrot, Frischkäse in den kleingehackter Basilikum und eine getrocknete Soft Feige hineinkommt. Das ganze kann man noch mit frischen Pfeffer und Salz verfeinern.
Zu guter Letzt kommen noch kleingehackte Pinienkerne (oder andere Kerne) oben drauf.
Danach gab es bei mir noch eine Schüssel voll Blueberrys und Frisch gepressten Orangensaft.
Vielleicht hat es der ein oder andere von euch schonmal gesehen (oder sich sogar selber in der Küche getestet) in der Grazia sind immer verdammt gutaussehende Speisen drinnen
Daher habe ich auch das Rezept der Vollkorn-Stulle die ich euch einfach mal zeigen musste da sie meinem Bauch jeden Abend das knurren erspart.
